Combinations of mix vegetable pakora, vegtable soamosa, Onion bhaji and mushroom pakora.
Combinations of vegetable pakora, mushrom pakora, chicken samosa ,chicken pakora and chicken tikka.
Mughal-E-Azam (Medium Hot)
Fresh boneless chicken or diced lamb, marinated with our chef’s special exotic tikka spices and cooked with fresh coriander (Nice)
Green Herb Chicken (Medium Hot)
Breast of chicken cubed, marinated in garlic, ginger, garden mint and a touch of yogurt. Slowly cooked in a clay oven, the chicken is then transferred to the pan to be flavoured with authentic herbs and green spices, including fresh coriander, methi and spring onions. Very popular dish.
Tandori Tikka Dishes (Mild to Medium Hot)
Cubes of chicken breast or lamb marinated with fresh garlic, ginger, green chilli, our special spices and yoghurt for at least 12 hours, and then cooked on in the tandoor which not only gives a distinct flavour but gives the meat a special melt in the mouth quality.
Medium to hot, available with lamb or chicken. Cooked with ginger and roast chillies.
Kashmiri Dishes (MILD)
Fresh boneless chicken or diced lamb or vegetable, Cooked in a fruity sauce with banana and lychees.
Mas Bangla (Fish)
Tilapia marinated in light spices, turmeric, fresh green chillies and coriander, then fried in mustard oil with garlic, tomato, new potatoes and aubergine. (Medium)
Fresh button mushrooms, cubes of cauliflower, onions, capsicum, tomatoes and new potatoes tossed with authentic herbs served medium and dry.
